The Extra Work Order is needed by either by general contractor or a subcontractor when changes are required under the original contract. When these changes are made and you want to be paid for them, it's important to have a record of the request and how payment will be made. The Extra Work Order form delineates the changes to be performed, how the changes will be paid for, and how the project will be undertaken (prior to extra work, progressively, or in accordance with the basic contract). This Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file can be saved an unlimited number of times with all the specific contract data you enter intact. |
