Minnesota Energy Code with ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 2015
Use this guide to view the standards for saving energy when you design, construct, alterate, renovate, and repair commercial and residential buildings in the state of Minnesota. Included are the design and construction standards for illumination and heat loss and climate control.
These rules are based on Residential Chapters 2(RE) to 3(RE) and Commercial Chapters 2(CE) to 5(CE). Also referenced are ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2010, the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC), and Minnesota amendments to the 2012 IECC.
These regulations are in Minnesota Rules Chapters 1322 and 1323.
