2025 Oregon Structural Specialty Code Based on 2024 IBC

This is a fully integrated custom code, as adopted by the State of Oregon, Building Codes Division, which includes portions of the 2024 International Building Code, New construction provisions of the  2024 International Fire Code, the 2024 International Existing Building Code, and existing Oregon Amendments in the 2022 OSSC.

This code does not include provisions of the Oregon Fire Code adopted under the State Fire Marshal's statutory authority.

Unlike the Oregon Fire Code, the provisions of this code shall apply to the construction, reconstruction, alterations, repair, and installation of materials and equipment in or part of buildings and structures governed by the State Building Code.

Anticipated adoption date: October 1, 2025.
